Technical Change Manage Smart Metering

An immediately available Change Manager with experience in training individuals on a Smart Metering programme is required. The Technical Change Manager will design the training plan and help with the execution along with ensuring the change agenda is in line with the strategic objectives.

This is a people readiness role and requires a relevant change manager who has Smart Metering Experience.

Key training requirements include:

- HSE policy review from a gas and electrical engineering perspective
- Fleet policy and drivers handbook creation
- Risk assessment and accident reporting procedures
- Technical training scoping and 3rd party NSAP accredited training provider partnering
- Engineer training schedules and skills Matrix creation
- Accreditations implementation, aligned to safe contractor standards and partner MAMCOP/MOCOPA procedures
- tooling identification and PSL creation
- smart metering consumables requirements scoped and suppliers sourced

Location: Bristol or London.

Rate: £400 - £500/day.
