Technical Business Analyst Required for Global Data Integration Projec

This global client is looking for a tech savvy Senior Business Analyst with previous Data Integration project experience to join a critical international project. You will play a central role in the analysis of functional and technical requirements for a global technical project that will have a global impact on the groups IT structure.
You will work with a variety of Data Warehouse & BI tools as well as highly advanced financial services systems.
You will be responsible for instructing project teams on altering technology approaches and also the business & IT strategy on a global level.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Creating of business requirements and functional and technical design documents.
- Stakeholder management and coordination throughout the project life cycle.
- Translating user requirements into technology based solutions with development teams.
- Facilitating software unit testing to ensure solutions have been developed to company standards
- Technical involvement in Datamodelling/ETL design and requirements analysis
To be successful in this role you will ideally have gained experience in a similar role within a large scale organisation and exhibit the following:
- 5 years business analysis & IT experience with a solid technical background
- Must have financial systems, banking or asset management experience (front/Middle Office)
- Previous experience with TIBCO, ETL- Infosphere Datastage or other ETL tools
- Involvement in a large scale implementation or data integration project
- Excellent documentation and process experience including the creation of user specifications.
- Business modelling concepts, information systems and software development life cycle experience
