Technical Business Analyst - Long-Term Contract Opportunity

Azule Staffing has an opportunity for an experienced technical Business Analyst to join a project team working on a significant IT development project we are working on for a client in St. Paul, MN. This opportunity is scheduled to last 15months + in duration.

This role is for an experienced Business Analyst with at least 5 years' experience gathering business requirements for IT development projects, creating business rules, creating data dictionaries, documentation creation, creating Entity Relationship diagrams and business process models.

Specific candidate requirements for this position include:

- Bachelors' Degree,
- 5 or more years of business analysis experience,
- Experience analysing functional requirements for completeness and test case preparation,
- Able to write use cases, test scenarios, and conducting user accepting tests.
- Skilled in supporting projects following Agile development methodologies,
- Experience tracking bugs and other issues,
- Four (4) engagements lasting more than 6 months in a Business Analyst role,
- Experience working in a government environment.
