Technical Business Analyst

***Technical business analyst - South Wales - 5 month contract***

My worldwide client based in Cardiff are urgently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the team on an initial contract until the end of the year.

The technical Business Analyst will be working on a product that tracks usage of audio and video across the clients online products on all platforms (phone, tablet, online and connected devices such as smart TVs).

The purpose of the role is to work alongside developers to ensure a high level of service to the business, establishing confidence that the metrics produced by the system are complete and trustworthy. The candidate will be working with Digital Analysts from the Marketing Team, developers supporting the system, and development teams across the client to understand where and why there are issues with the data being reported and what steps will be needed in order to resolve any issues. Candidates should be prepared to be engaged in understanding a detailed data processing chain, together with the various platforms where the video and audio content is consumed.

Essential skills are

Business Analysis experience within large organisations Agile (particularly Scrum) experience.

outstanding communication skills

Stakeholders management

Working closely with development teams

Experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
