Technical Business Analyst

A leading Financial organisation is seeking a Technical BA with payments domain experience and specifically with acquiring and terminal development expertise. You will be proficient with card scheme compliance regulations and have superior stakeholder management skills for the externals and delivery partners.

AS THE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST YOU WILL:

- Interact with external technical teams to help resolve any issues
- Interact with internal support teams to move payments device into production
- Provide technical consultancy for the broader project team
- Assist the Testing Team to resolve issues as and when required
- Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes
- Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Analyse and document business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools
- Converts business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture.

IN ADDITION TO THIS YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum five years business analysis or process improvement experience
- Financial Services Industry Experience
- Software and solution delivery life cycle experience
- Working on technology enabled projects within an Agile environment
