Someone with proven experience of being a Technical Author.
Knowledge of HTML and web work, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
You will have a broad understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and also strong understanding of project management documentation.
You must be able to demonstrate your experience of writing document templates from scratch
Both designing layout and technical content - user guides and online guides.
A clear authority on taking project documentation and posting up to our global portal for access to this world wide portal. A strong eye for document design and layout and overall good listener.
You must be self motivated and have a strong work ethic - you will be based from home office and 30% of time on customer site or calls - this role is based in Uxbridge Middlesex.
