Technical Application Architect Java jobs in Brussels, French/Dutch

Expert knowledge in Java/J2EE.
With over 650 IT employees working on a wide variety of projects, our client is one of the largest IT environments in Belgium. They have more than sixty Java/J2EE applications in their portfolio, developed using JPA/EJB3, Vaadin ) active in distribution, insurance, HR, logistics and banking.
The Technical Application Architect defines best practices for Java development and ensures the quality of various Java applications, as well as outlining technical strategy (UI, DB access, integration ). They describe the As Is and the To Be of different applications and create/review high-level project designs (application monitoring, automated build & deployment, SOA, portal strategy ).
Other technological knowledge: HTML/HTTP/XML, Web services (SOAP/REST), JMS, Web application Servers.
