Technical Architect (Java/J2EE) (56492)

Currently working on a fantasic opportunity for a top investment bank in NYC. This is a full-time role and the hire is immediate. If you're hard working, dedicated, and quick to adapt to changing enviornments this could be a perfect role for you.

The team is now building a new workflow application which will be used to support the formalized Compliance Policy Process within Corporate, Investment Banking and Wealth Americas by engaging the lines of business, infrastructure and regions via a consolidated and automated systems infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years overall IT experience with Java technologies, 5+ years experience in a similar role
-Proven experience planning, designing, and implementing software architectures and large scale business solutions
-Sound IT experience in some combination of application architectures, software development and infrastructure, systems integration and package implementation.
-Experience with web technologies, Java/J2EE, SOA, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Web Services, XML, Tomcat environment
-Solid experience in Oracle
-Experience with SDLC and Agile lifecycle
-Experience with working on projects across different time zones
-Experience working with Flex
-Back office environment experience
