Technical Architect Emerging Technologies

DESCRIPTION:
Resource is responsible for support of the Kronos application architecture. The position is to augment team in providing 24/7 support. Skills should include experience in working with versions 7.x or higher. Resource must be able to perform application upgrade with little assistance. Must obtain strong troubleshooting skills which includes familiarity to application functionality and its associated configuration.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Kronos Technical and Application Architecture - version 7.x or higher
2. End to end Application Installation and configuration
3. Strong familiarity with Labor Levels, Labor Accounts, Pay Codes, Work Rules, Holiday and Overtime Rules, Wage Calculations, Access Profiles, Display Profiles, Accruals, Accrual Profiles
4. Monitoring and troubleshooting Report Engines and Reports.
5. Advanced Data Collection Manager - Installation, Setup, Configuration, and Troubleshooting.
6. Connect and WIM - Files and Folder Structure, Imports, Payroll Interface, Kronos API and XML
7. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
8. Strong SQL and PL/PLSQL skills in Oracle.
9. Experience with Oracle DBA (Oracle 9i/10g/11g) which includes Oracle database export/import, performance tuning.
10. Experience with UNIX/Windows Scripting.
