Technical Architect

Technical Architect - Essex - Contract - £competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Technical Architect to work at a leading public sector client in Essex on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of Technical Architecture products within a high-profile suite of IT applications.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with the Head of Technical Architecture on the Production of knowledge and Skills Transfer Plans, ensuring skills and knowledge transfer is delivered to internal members of staff
- Conduct accurate and timely Technical Architecture Reviews as required
- Review technical design specifications produced by the client or related third party suppliers
- Act as the design authority single-point-of-contact and co-ordinate resolution of design queries with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Experience required:

- Proven skills in solutioning and designing architectures across the whole IT stack to support business requirements
- Proven track record of delivery in a variety of Technical Architecture roles, ideally within a government or IT services consultancy background
- Ideally TOGAF certified
- Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
