TECHNICAL AND/OR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (COBOL MAINFRAME/JAVA) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH with FRENCH OR DUTCH (bilingual)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Knowledge of the concerned banking and technical domain
- Knowledge of analysis methodology
- Specific requirement for agile: practical experience with Scrum
-Agile mindset which implies:
- Positive attitude and pragmatism
- Thirst for knowledge as Agile is about learning and adapting and is the key to success
- Teamplayer with a goal of succeeding with the team
- Ability to take everything as lessons and adjusting actions according to the feedback, resulting in continuous improvement
- Rigour and being methodical
- Ability to adapt quickly and easily:
- Agile teams are cross-functional. All required disciplines are represented in the team
- Although team members have a primary role representing a discipline, you are expected to take on other roles and contribute to other disciplines whenever it helps towards reaching the sprint goal
