Technical Analyst/Writer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an HR/IT TECHNICAL ANALYST/WRITER to join our client in St Louis, Missouri.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver self-service reporting and analytics to Client's business leaders and HR (Human Resources) organization.
- Document and validate requirements in partnership with HR/IT (Information Technology) Business Analysts and the subject matter experts as well as key stakeholders across HR (eg Functional and Regional HR), and identified business stakeholders.
- Develop use cases and scripts in support of design requirements.
- Develop test scripts and coordinate testing and user validation.
- Support/Coordinate Change Management: ie: Create/coordinate Adoption Plans, Outreach, Presentations, Marketing Materials, Communications, and Training.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with change management and user adoption, coaching organizations through large implementations.
- Experience with working across multiple world regions.
- Ability to work with a diverse network of stakeholders for input, decision making, and compromise.
- Results orientation/ability to manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

- Communication/publication tools such as MS Publisher, Captivate, Photoshop.
