This role is to assist this globalprogramme at MIB (Markets & International Banking) by assisting with the analysis of the global business processes and systems, initially focusing on the next releaseThere are 3 specific parts for M&IB engagement and delivery on this prestigious programme.(1) stand-up of the General Ledger this is limited in scope and includes the stand-up of the GL(2) delivery of the Costs sub-ledger(3) delivery of core Cost Management tools which are Groupwide and will be utilised by M&IB Oracle E-Business SuiteThis role is global andas part of the"X" project, the M&IB business globally will be migrated onto the new General Ledger which will be hosted on the"X" infrastructure. This will include phased GL migrations onto the new GLDetailed technical analysis will require a full understanding of the current vs. new/proposedproject "X"tools, including current vs. new/proposed requirements gap analysis.The role will report locally to the Technical Lead and Programme Manager in London although this may evolve as the 3rd release proceeds and be part of the wider"X" programme releases in the US and APAC ()The Technical Analyst will require the following attributes.

- Excellent communication (written and spoken English), analytical skill set with experience leading a full project lifecycle.
- Assist in technical documentation, design and development.
- Work with business analyst and technical experts as required to deliver work to time and budget
- Develop front to back knowledge of application environment for Costs and Resource Management in Release 3
- Able to deliver and fully document a high standard of work.
- Escalate as appropriate to technical lead.
- Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
- Technical analysis, documentation

Experience of

- (1) Oracle
- (2) ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE, including working / implementation knowledge of some of the following Oracle suite: GL, SLA, Accounts payable, iProcure, iExpenses, OTL, PROJECTS, Assets, HR, OBIEE, BAW
- Experience of working as part of a full project lifecycle
- Oracle products
- Scripting

Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills)

- Experience of financial accounting.
- General Ledgers full financial ledgers and sub-ledgers (i.e. costs sub-ledgers)
- Oracle suite of Costs and Resource Management tools
