Technical Analyst - MS Dynamics CRM 2011

A Tier 1 Investment Bank are seeking to hire an experienced MS Dynamics Consultant. They will be responsible for both technical and business analysis. This role will provide technical analysis and configuration expertise to internal customers encompassing MS Dynamics 2011, a Portal (CRM customer portal accelerator) and a document management system. This role will liaise with both the delivery development team along with the business who are based in New York and London. This role will have the following major duties and responsibilities: 1. Requirements definition, analysis and some design (in conjunction with the Development team) 2. Working closely with the business evolving the system 3. Configuration of the CRM system 4. Supporting testing (SIT & UAT) 5. Creation of training material & training of champion users This will include requirements gathering, functional specification, data analysis, some design, supporting SIT and assistance with the preparation, execution and co-ordination of system rollout.
