Technical Analyst (Engineering) - Edinburgh - Competitive MyEdinburghbased Renewables client currently require an experienced Engineering and Technical Analyst to join their growing Technical Wind/GIS team. They are a leading consultancy in the Wind Energy sector and as a result would benefit from receiving applications from those with a commercial background in renewable energy. Some of the responsibilities of the role include: - Feasibility assessments - GIS site identification - Wind Analysis - Liaise with various stakeholders - Grid connection assessments - Wind Farm noise assessment Some of your duties may be: - Collection of various wind analysis data - Quantify various project risks - Produce progress reports - Provide solutions to unexpected problems - Development of engineering and technical procedures To be successful for this position you will have relevant commercial experience in a similar organisation - or you will be prepared to demonstrate your transferable skills.
