Rate: up to 51 EUR/hour all in
Assignment percentage: 100%

Key skills
- Mainframe Languages/Cobol/PL1/Tandem/MVS/AS 400/Procedural Languages
- BA in Information Technology or similar level based on experience
- 7 years of work experience in Cobol IT environment.
- Considerable knowledge of analysis and modelling tools, different platforms, methodologies
- Programming languages, processes or architectures used within Cobol context
- Specific knowledge of banking processes and Accountsgood knowledge of English
- Strong interest in Continuous Deployment and Agile/SCRUM and/or experience as Scrum Master is an asset

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical specifications and designs, program high quality IT applications, in order to meet the needs of our business partners
- Translate functional analysis and requirements into technical analysis and developments together with the parties involved
- Provide and updating technical documentation
- Support: planning estimations of workload, costs, timelines and technical risks
- Advise, appraisal and code review
- Support in the maintenance of applications
- Third-line support and independently performs problem analysis
- Interact with third party to ensure the delivery of high quality developments and solutions
