Technical Analyst

TECHNICAL ANALYST
The technical analyst is expected that he/she has experience in setting up test and production environments for Java applications, both at WHS as IPAS. At the customer a number of different development platforms are used (CCD, Java (WHS and IPAS), ETM, PowerBuilder/Sybase).

TASKS:

- Set up and maintenance of test environments for the various applications at different stages of the production
- Supporting projects in the writing of ICE manuals and deployment scenarios
- Analyze and where necessary, resolve incidents, problems and work orders
- Technical support for SIT and UAT test
- The technical support of deployments in production
- Standby when running first production after implementation
- Along with application conversations about acceptance criteria with the various projects
- GDI and CCM work, working with ITSM and stainless steel

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Setting up test and production environments for Java applications, both at WHS as IPAS
- Setting up DB2 on Unix/Linux
- Unix/Linux platform (general knowledge and Scripting knowledge)
- JCL and TWS is a plus, not a necessity
