Technical Analyst

We are currently searching for a TECHNICAL ANALYST to work in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a multi-national client.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

ESSENTIAL:

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Excellent technical knowledge of FIX
- Excellent business knowledge of TRADING PLATFORMS in particular Equity trading
- Working in IT in a medium to large sized Financial Services environment
- ENGLISH (fluent)

ADVANTAGEOUS:

- Working in a Private Banking environment
- Technical domain knowledge
- French
- Good knowledge of Sybase and Powerbuilder or Java

CORE RESPONSABILITIES:

- Assist the Solution Architect in the preparation of the Non Functional Requirements
- Co-ordinate Technical Design activity for project and product(s).
- Prepare or assist with Test Cases that will verify the Non Functional Requirements have been met.
- Responsible for co-ordinating resources to complete this work effort in line with Project Plans, working with the Project Manager.
