Panoramic Associates are working with a leading Energy company to recruit a Technical Accounting Manager on a contract basis.
Reporting into the Head of Financial Reporting the successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of the Groups Financial Reporting giving advice to the business units on IFRS and UK GAAP accounting issues and developments.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with either complex IFRS or UK GAAP exposure. Candidates with a Big 4 background would be a preference, or candidates from a large corporate. A detailed understanding of complex commercial and accounting issues and understanding of IFRS is essential. This role is for a Technical Accountant and not a Commercial one though.
This is an extremely urgent requirement and the client could interview and offer very quickly.
