OUR CLIENT IS A LARGE ENTERPRISE BUSINESS WITH MULTIPLE SITES ACROSS THE STATE. WE SEEK A NUMBER OF TECH SUPPORT ROLE OUT ENGINEERS L2 - SOE/WIN7. CASUAL WORK.
DAY SHIFT ROLE.
Your role will either include:
SOE Build Technician - follow a process to backup and restore user files, build and test PC's - from XP to Win7.
EXPERIENCE(MUST HAVE):
- Great customer skills and be technically savvy with SOE/Win7 and some Active Directory would be handy.
- Minimum 2 -3 years experience in Level 1 or 2
- Technical school certification is required
- Individual will be knowledgeable of Windows operating system environment
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions
- Ability to work independently
