One of our client is looking for Trouble Shooter at L1/L2 level (Tech Support Engineer) for their Basel, Switzerland location.

MAIN TASKS WILL BE:
1.Handle daily technical support.
2.Support the continuous availability of the applications and infrastructure.
profile - your knowledge, skills and experience are:
Broad operational IT experience
Preferred working experience in a banking environment
Very good operational knowledge of IT (think of connectivity/hardware/OS etc.)
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
Good written and spoken communication skills in English and German(optional)
Hands on mentality and service minded
Analytical - being able to work structured and organized.
