TECH SUPPORT ANALYST PORTAGE, MI CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

This position is for a Greeter for the Windows 8 Deployment project at the customer s site in Kalamazoo, MI. This Tech position will be responsible for interfacing with the customers as they schedule appointments to pick up their new Windows 8 laptops. The Greeter will spend 30 minutes with each customer explaining what has changed with the operating system, how to migrate their data, how to map printers, etc. The Greeter's interaction with the customers will be scripted (scripts and other related information provided during training).

OUTSTANDING customer service and interpersonal communication skills are required for this position. The candidates must also possess strong technical ability with prior experience administering and supporting Windows 7 and preferably Windows 8 environments and A+ certification.
