Teamcenter/PLM Architect

Our client based near Coventry, a large consultancy have an urgent requirement for a Solution architect with a strong background with Teamcenter. This is a long term assignment and will offer multiple extensions.

Required skills

- Excellent Teamcenter UA Product Knowledge Workflow, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Preference Manager, MPP, BOM Management, Query, PLM XML.
- Excellent Teamcenter customization skills, mapping raw requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework. Designing PLM application landscape
- Excellent Teamcenter Solution Designing for both Client and Server and integration with third party application
- Hands-On experience of T4S integration
- Experience in 2-Tier, 4-Tier RAC & Thin Client
- Experience in Teamcenter architecture, Data Model. Thorough understanding of architecture with Item, Item Revision, Dataset, Forms, Folders, BOM, GRM Relations etc.
- Experience in TC operations such as, Data creation, Transfer ownership, Change Group & Role, Saved Query creation etc.
- Experience to CAD UGNX, Part, Assembly & Drafting, Part Families, Reuse Library, UDF Library, Import-Export.
- Good understanding of CAD Manager NX Manager, SWIM etc.
- Experience with BMIDE Naming/Revision rules, Deep copy rules, Action rules
- BMIDE Packaging, Hot & Cold deployment
- Exposure to Multi-site data transfer & administration
- Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server & CAD integration,
- Basic problem solving skills Application issues, Root cause analysis, Configuration, ability to handle AutoCAD & NX cad files in TC.
- Distributed System Administration Export/import data using PLMXML
- Excellent coding & architecture skills in Java, C++ and Teamcenter client, server customization,Teamcenter services customization and SOA client development
- Excellent exposure to Real Time customer environments, analysing the business requirements, customization & implementation of Teamcenterproduct
- Agile PLM experience preferred

- Teamcenter Sr. Solution Architect
- Design and develop Teamcenter customization solutions.
- Coordinate Functional groups to gather requirements and drive To-Be business process with all the stakeholders.
- Map requirements to PLM and Teamcenterframework.
- Troubleshooting product & technology limitations and
- PLM application landscape design
- Drive Project Development teams in Technology
- Onsite & Offshore coordination

Language Skills

- Expertise in design, development and deploying Java based application. Expertise in Teamcenterclient side customization using Adv Java
- Expertise in C/C++ programming language and TC Server Side (ITK & SOA) customization
- Expertise in Teamcenter service customization and SOA client development
- Good knowledge on various operating systems (DOS, Windows, UNIX)
- Expertise on XSLT, XPath, XSL-FO, TCL
- Good knowledge web technologies eg HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming
- Experience on SQL scripts
- Webmethods & webservice architecture
