- Provide administrative support to the PC team to provide an efficient and effective administration service and cover in their absence.
- Understand, and respond to, line requests for employee information.
- Maintain required employee data on HR systems.
- Effectively prioritise workload.
- Take a pro-active approach for system and process changes and improvements
- Provide Recruitment support, including inputting job descriptions on to the online recruitment system and other websites.
- Administration of offers, leavers, and transfers.
- Administration of new starter process including management of medicals, references, work permits and initial induction.
- Supporting the PC team in the development of standard documentation, processes and procedures including, where appropriate, the maintenance of such processes.
- Providing customer-focused response to general queries and support/guidance in the application of policies and procedures.
