TEAM MEMBER LEGAL ENGINEERING

Our client is a bank with international approach located in Zurich. The firm offers a very professional environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an experienced team.

We are looking for a contractor/consultant with strong exposure to the banking and/or financial services industry having worked in a similar position

TASKS

- Contract negotiation (Framework agreements for OTC Derivatives, ISDA Master Agreements, etc.)
- Support the business in regards to legal issues within the "markets" division
- Support the team with administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS

- Completed legal-studies
- Knowledge of derivatives- products (ideally: Equities, FX, Bonds, Funds)
- Flexible, analytical personality with a good team- spirit
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), German would be an asset

The assignment duration is planned for 1 YEAR.
