Team Member (Finance and Accounting Domain)

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING TEAM MEMBER

An Fiance and Accounting Team Mmember is urgently required for a long-term contract position with a market leading client based in Switzerland.

AS A TEAM MEMBER YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

- Overall Accounts Payable/P2P process knowledge with 4-5 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure to processes like: Vendor Master Data Management (VMD), Invoice verification & Processing, T&E Claim Processing/Audits, Payment, Reporting, Intercompany, Month end, Amex card application, Audit, Handling queries (emails & phone calls) and managing L1/L2 service requests
- Competent to manage AP processes
-Able to manage helpdesk queries through phone calls and via emails
- Exposure to Mailroom & Scanning Operations
- Ability to work in team effectively
- Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
-High on productivity, disciplined, punctual and self-motivated
-Attribute to support other team members when required
-Back up for peer member in the team, Identify and resolve exceptional queries
-Highlight issues proactively that requires Team Leads attention
- High on ownership taking capabilities, open for multi-tasking
- Open for role change in F enhance controls, elimination of Non Value Added activities (NVAs), automation, opportunities to deployment macro, continuous improvement, etc.)
-Have an ability to work with other teams and build an understanding of how the Accounts Payable team connects with upstream and downstream processes in PtP/F&A domain
- Contribute in client calls, team meetings organized by Team Lead
-Able to manage processing independently with minimal supervision
