TEAM MANAGER - PARIS (FRANCE)

1X TEAM MANAGER -PARIS, FRANCE is needed in, on contract base in France  (Paris) for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in France and fluent French and English language skills are a prerequisite for an application. Start date will be 01/07/2014.

SCOPE OF WORK:

- The OMC Team Manager role is to Manage OMC engineers and OMC coordinators
- Take the responsibility to organize necessary resources and to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, reporting, supporting OMC activities and supporting OMC service proposals
- Defining new Scope of Works and process with customer to deliver OMC activities smoothly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning OMC activities
- Balancing the load and the technical operations between OMC engineers
- Reporting to customer, to account managers and project director
- Define the process, the prerequisites, the template of operations with OMC engineers
