Team Manager Development (JAVA/.NET)

Voor een van onze klanten in Utrecht ben ik op zoek naar een Team Lead Development. Het gaat hier om een project tot minimaal oktober met optie op verlenging.

What will your job be? As a result of the Transformation Program this function comes into existence in the Center IT Development. The Team Manager JAVA.NET takes care of software impact analysis, technical design, development of the software (or integration with COTS), unit test and create build, ensuring proper version and configuration management, defect resolution and SW Quality assurance, in the areas of JAVA and .net development, based on the elicited requirements, leading to adequate creation, maintenance and optimization of the specific application and to optimization of the related application landscape.

The main tasks are:

? Takes care of technical designing, building, unit testing, maintenance and optimized solutions in JAVA and .NET environment, of decisions regarding sourcing models;

Pro-actively contributes to Department strategy; Determines general processes and procedures for the team; Makes report concepts and takes care of the execution of Team reports.

What do you have to offer? Our selection criteria are: Higher Vocational degree in a relevant field; 7 years' experience and specific knowledge in the assigned functional area; Experience in management of international and remote teams and also in commerce services; You are very good in problem analyses and problem solving; You have client focus and are result driven; A good communicator also in English; You are convincing and persuasive; You exercise good judgment in making decisions, considering all the available sources of information and alternatives. You express clear and rational reasons for taking a decision;

You are a real people manager, show interest in the people in your team and create an environment of openness and trust;

You set the example and are a role model who leads from the front; You respond positively to changing business circumstances and readily adapt your behaviour to maintain effective performance;
