Team Manager

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join one of our sites in Manchester on a contract basis for two months initially, starting as soon as possible.

In this position you will be responsible for managing a team of around 12 case handlers dealing with card protection payment claims. In order to do this you will provide direction to your team members, coach, mentor and praise as needed, as well as delegating tasks and workload.

To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished and experienced Team Manager with experience of managing within a contact or call centre environment. Financial services experience preferred but not essential. Superior people management and communication skills are paramount. Due to the urgent nature of this contract we are only in a position to consider candidates with immediate, or near immediate availability.

Based in Manchester. Two month contract starting as soon as possible. Salary circa £25,000 depending on experience.
