My client(a local authority) is currently looking for Team Manager to work within their Safeguarding Services team. Following a recent Ofsted inspection my client has responded to the necessary changes and created a new structure which demands a proactive management approach.
The team undertakes a range of assessment and care planning work including:
- Initial Child Protection Conference
- Initial accommodation to local authority care
- Initial Care Proceedings
- Initial Statutory Review
- Initial Assessments
- Core Assessments
- Strategy Discussion
- S47 investigations
