Team Leader

My Investment Banking client based in the City of London is currently seeking a Team Leader to join their team.

Key Skills for a Team Leader:

*MUST have Investment Banking experience.
*MUST have OTC Derivatives or Prime Brokerage experience.
*Relationship management skills
*Excellent communication skills - verbal/written
*Team leadership experience within a collateral environment.
*Process driven individual.

The role:
*Core collateral management tasks
*Relationship management
*Investment Banking Operations experience is essential
*Supervisor/Team Leader level
*KPI Management
*Checklist control
*MUST have Investment Banking experience
