Team Leader

Our client is a large professional services firm.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for experienced individuals to lead teams of experienced File Reviewers undertaking the assessment of complex IRD MIS-sale complaints.

The role will encompass reviewing the performance of individuals and promoting high quality standards within the team. The Team Leader will therefore be responsible for providing feedback and advice to team members on a one to one basis, identifying training needs and tracking competencies within teams.

A further element to the role will be communicating information from Senior Management and Quality Assurance whilst also liaising regularly with other Team Leaders to drive performance and assure consistency within the programme.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience; ideally within a complex review or remediation programme. A background which includes exposure to derivatives and commercial banking is preferable with previous complex review experience and understanding of the processes and key issues also being considered beneficial.

The individual will be highly organized with demonstrable experience of leading teams to deliver high quality results in target driven environments. Communication skills are also essential to the role along with a collaborative attitude and the ability to form strong relationships throughout different levels of the programme.
