Team Leader

I am currently looking for a Team Leader to join a Large Service company inAberdeen. This position has come about due to expansion and success on the market. This company is a market leader in its disciplines and has extensive plans to continue to grow and develop. For the right person there is a world of possibility available.

This role is part of the Dynamic Positioning part of the business and will suit someone who has experience in the offshore Marine industry. You will be in charge of engineers who will be travelling with work on a regular basis. You will be in charge of managing the engineers, conducting appraisals, training and being responsible for ensuring effective technical support for the full range of offshore marine division supports.

The Person

* Technical Education in Electronics, Computer Science or applied Science
* Hands on experience of Electronics in the field or base
* Hands on experience as a customer support engineer in the offshore environment
* Experience in a supervisory role
