A leading banking client of mine is seeking a Team Lead Windows System Engineer for a job opportunity in Zürich.
This bank has always been at the forefront of technology advancements and development of banking applications, and they currently need a Team Lead Windows System Engineer. As the Team Lead Windows System Engineer in Zürich, you will be leading a team of windows engineers and developers in an eDiscovery solutions space. Your tasks will include; Design, implement and maintain the IT application portfolio, Streamline and automate the life cycle management of the application portfolio, and Diagnose application issues and actively contribute to and help in the support and maintenance of the application portfolio.
Some key skills you will need for this job are:
- At least 10 years of engineering experience in a corporate environment
- A background in Windows technology, experience in integrating Microsoft and third-party applications into a complex and restricted environment ideally using Citrix.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft application stacks: Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server
- Strong organisational skills, preferably having worked in and lead teams using an agile approach
- An excellent communicator, assertive and trustworthy
- Fluent in English
This is for a contract job with an initial duration of 6 months. Ideally you are available immediately.
