ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Teamleading a team of integration specialists within a team that develops, maintains and supports an international high-volume enterprise integration platform.
- Your goal will be to develop and deliver software in close cooperation with the customer, providing business value using agile software development methods and techniques, like Scrum, Lean etc.
- Notable characteristics include high volume (millions of messages per day), world-wide geographic distribution, reliable, secure, and near-Real Time movement of information.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience managing/coaching experience required (in essence this is a managerial role, not a lead/co-developer role)
- You will have a technical background in IT, within development, is needed
- Needs to be sensitive to the organization
- Agile, Scrum experienced
- Technical experience in an Integration environment is ideal, but not essential
- English speaking, Dutch ideal

SALARY DETAILS

Rate: Market rate

Start date: Jan 2016

Duration 12-18months + (rolling contract)
