Projektbeschreibung
* Providing all PA assistance to a 2-3 Senior Vice President's and their teams, including full diary management
* Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel and processing the subsequent expenses claims in Concur
* Organising internal meetings, town halls, skip levels etc.
* Raising purchase requests, processing and coding of invoices
* Maintaining attendance records (ie holidays and sickness)
* Management of personnel information and cost centre changes
* Central point of contact for team and visitors from other regions
Skills Required:
* Previous Team assistant within a Banking sector
* Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook,
* Proven time management skills
* Flexibility of approach including willingness to work overtime as required
* Proactive style and ability to work without supervision
