Projektbeschreibung

For one of our clients we have an urgent requirement for a TEAM ASSISTANT.

You will support a Manager who does a lot of international travel and also additionally cover for some holiday absences.

You will have a variety of tasks including: Reading and distributing e-mails, calendar management, setting up meetings, conference calls, client meetings; Organizing Offsites and small team events; Organizing business trips, flight, accommodation, transportation and doing the expenses; Paying invoices through e- Procurement.

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic person who is not afraid to get on with tasks from day one.
The German and English languages are both required for this multi-national environment.
After an initial contract a permanent position could be a possibility.
