TEAM ADMINISTRATOR - EXCEL/WORD/RAISING PO'S/MEETINGS

Recruiting immediately for a Team Administrator to join a fantastic blue chip company in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Candidates must be able to start immediately or by Monday 9th February at the latest.

The successful administrator will be part of a dynamic Business Operations team supporting department heads to deliver consistently excellent service to customers

DAY TO DAY ROLES

- Arranging meetings and taking actions/minutes during these meetings
- Raising PO's
- Pulling together presentations (monthly team meetings/department presentations)
- Arranging any team events etc.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- General admin in any function
- Excellent Excel experience (pivot tables, v-lookups, good with figures)
- Solid experience with Word and knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint or Oracle a bonus
- Strong Interpersonal skills and an open person, not afraid to ask for help or approach people.
- Intranet experience will be useful as you will updating this
- Someone who has experience working within a large team or organisation (you will be supporting up to 10 heads of departments and 100 staff)
