-Supporting the Lead Architect in defining the High Level Design document for Request and Approval
-Process Design for R&A
-Defining the low level solution designs for a R&A generic connector to connect further IAM systems

-Deep knowledge in OIM (Oracle Identity Manager)
-Knowledge about pecularities in the identity and access space
