One of the UK's leading pharma companies require a tax manager to work in there West London HQ which is near to Heathrow.

This is initially a 4 month contract offering £385 per day with the view to extend.

Key skills and requirements include.

Devising and managing Global/Corporate tax policies on all aspects of actual reporting, including inter-company profit accounting, deferred profit in stock and monitoring compliance.
Managing the monthly collection of tax submissions from entities ensuring that all entities are consolidated within the required timetable.
Managing the collection and processing of journals requested by regional finance/tax analysts ensuring correct accounting treatment and appropriate authorisation.
Managing the tax reports to senior management, with relevant explanation on variances compared to Plan and Prior Year to enable value added decision-making. Providing feedback to financial entity, regional and functional finance staff to influence continuous improvement in the tax reporting processes and associated controls.
Responsibility for compiling overall JV actual Corporate Tax reports for senior management, preparation of quarterly results and analysis for use by Investor Relations, External Reporting, CFO and auditors.
Contributing to corporate tax strategic planning sessions, and bringing management and variables knowledge to the wider tax strategy team
Involvement in future strategic tax projects as they arise

This contract is based in West London for an initial 4 months and offers £385 per day.
