Hardware capacity planning
Hardware/software error analysis, troubleshooting, crisis management
Monitoring of hardware and software status and performance
Performance monitoring & tuning - CPU, Memory, Disk
Automation of routine maintenance and monitoring activities
Production and maintenance of detailed technical and business documentation
Coordination with 3rd party support vendors to resolve problems
On-call pager rotation, weekend and off-hours support
Resolution of customer reported issues and trouble tickets

Technical Requirements
o 10+ years relevant HP NonStop Tandem professional experience in the areas of operations support, technical support, problem management and crisis management
o Excellent troubleshooting and error analysis skills
o Full working knowledge of Information Security concepts
o Experience troubleshooting HP NonStop Blade hardware/Software, System, Network interfaces, Storage, Databases, OSS
o Ability to upgrade Windows based CSM, IRSA

In-depth knowledge (min 6 years) of
o Understanding of HP NonStop Blade system architecture and components
o Understanding of NonStop Subsystems and Processes.
o NSC Knowledge as well As DSM/SCM-Software Essentials
o CLIM Configuration knowledge: Storage & Communication. Routing, Subnets, DNS and port management (4 years)
o Ability to Perform NSK OS upgrades and SysGens (6 years)
o Ability to Perform OSS upgrades (6 years)
o Working knowledge of SQL/MP & SQL/MX database environment and utilities
