A leading global bank is looking for a Taleo Onboarding Functional Consultant to join the Taleo optimisation programme. The team have initiated a review of the Recruiting module and migration from the Onboarding module to Transitions, which includes the global design and implementation of new processes, systems, organisational design and service delivery model across the firm.

The Taleo Onboarding Functional Consultant will work with Taleo and the business to gather requirements, produce system documentation, liaise with Taleo support and the business on issue resolutions and change requests, assist with system configuration and support with testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Translate business operations and objectives into requirement/design documentation to support the aims of the Programme/Project
- Identifying system improvements, including identification and incorporation of best practices from other leading organisations
- Define functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce functional and non-functional specifications
- Able to produce/document project deliverables at all phases from initiation through to closure
- Working with multiple Business Units across a diverse stakeholder group, up to Senior Manager level, with different demands and communication needs
- Supporting users with the resolution of functional system issues and queries as required
- Identifying system improvements, including identification and incorporation of best practices from other leading organisations.
- Providing subject matter expertise on Taleo Transitions
- Help configure the Taleo system modules including Recruiting, Scheduling Centre, Passports, eQuest and onboarding
- Help with development and execution of test scripts for system testing and UAT
- Maintaining project plans and project reporting

KEY SKILLS

Essential

- Strong Taleo functional expertise (preferably Taleo 14 )
- Solid communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation up to Executive level
- Process mapping and requirements definition expertise
- Ability to interface effectively with client counterpart
- Track record (5 yrs+) of Taleo project experience
- Experience in requirement gathering
- Experience in change management
- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

PREFERRED

- Knowledge and experience in gathering business requirements
- Knowledge and experience of Taleo software release processes, including delivery of feature and maintenance packs
