TALEO IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (ORACLE, TALEO, IMPLEMENTATION, HR, RECRUITMENT, DUBAI, CONTRACT, TALENT, FUNCTIONAL, TECHNICAL, CONSULTANT)

Axica Recruitment has an urgent requirement for an Oracle Taleo Functional Consultant who has experience of implementing Taleo to work an 8 month contract in Dubai for an end user.

The Oracle Taleo Functional Consultant will be an expert adviser to my client when implementing the Oracle Taleo solution; you will be working closely with HR and Recruitment Managers so you must be an expert collaborator.

Skills needed:

- Oracle Taleo Recruiter implementation experience is essential
- Experience with one or more Tier 1 talent management technologies (ie SuccessFactors, SilkRoad, Auruspex, Kenexa, ADP/Virtual Edge, Talentlink, Cornerstone OnDemand, Authoria/PeopleClick)
- Functional Talent Management project experience - also having Technical is an advantage
- Expert Consultant
- Able to Train end users on the system

Fluent English is the only necessary language skill for this role, local language proficiency would be beneficial.
