Talent Specialist/Talent Acquisition Contract role - Warwick

A new exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Talent Specialist/HR Recruitment Manager to work on a 4-5 month contract for one of our larger utility clients based in Warwick.

Job Title: Talent Specialist

Location: Warwick

Duration: Contract 4-5 months

Start Date: ASAP (can accept applicants with up to 4 week notice)

Interview Date: W/C 3rd March onwards

Essential Skills required:

-Broad HR experience ideally CIPD qualified (qualification not essential)
-Managing talent management processes
-FTSE 100/Blue chip company background
-Managing talent projects
-Time management experience
-Staff talent ideally Post Graduate talent

Desirable requirements:

-Experience in ETAM (Electricity Transmission Asset Management)
-Experience of working with functions focused on managing operations
-Strong networking skills
-Significant talent management knowledge
