Talent Specialist - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Rate

A leading Energy and Utility client of Hyphen is looking for a Talent specialist to join their HR department.

Job Purpose
To partner with the HRBP's and the UK business to provide tailored expertise that support the delivery of their people plan through the deployment of leadership development, talent management and Organisational Effectiveness tools and frameworks.

Experience Required

Essential:
*Experience within HR in a similar size business
*Experience of implementing and embedding projects and initiatives that drive effective identification development and retention of world class talent
*Knowledge of Leadership Development and Organisational Effectiveness tools and techniques and experience of applying them in a similar size organisation

Key Tasks

1.Research, design, and develop specific improvements to our talent management processes and approach (eg succession planning & career development, identification and development of high potentials, the talent cycle)
2.As the SME, partner with the HRBPs to:
a.improve the implementation of our talent management and leadership development processes, programs and tools in order to ensure talent is identified and effectively managed
b.improve the implementation of our performance management processes across the UK business
c.improve the implementation of our broader capability development tools to ensure we better understand our capability gaps and align this to our development planning and action
