TALENT RESOURCING ADMINISTRATOR

STOCKPORT

We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Talent Resourcing Administrator in Stockport for an initial 3 month contract. You will be a knowledgeable and professional central point of contact for the team: available to the business, partners and candidates. Your role will be to liaise with candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience and deliver an effective quality day to day administration support to your Account Manager.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with the whole recruitment team to ensure that the candidate pipeline is kept as full as required from end to end
- Ensuring that the candidates are clearly aware of our recruitment processes and managing the hiring manager and candidate expectations effectively
- Raising invoices and tracking spend
- Providing timely updates to all key stakeholders on the progress of their campaigns or vacancies & answering any recruitment queries
- Booking interview venues and facilitating at assessment centres
- Co-ordinating the offer process for new starters & ensuring that documentation from assessments are delivered, updated, transported and stored effectively
- Liaising with Training and HR to ensure that the candidate joining experience is maximised and enjoyable
- Effectively updating the systems in an timely and accurate way
- Providing feedback to candidates, where appropriate
- Understanding the relevant employment law so that activities carried out are always compliant
- Attending agency & RPO business meetings to understand their challenges & requirements
- Understanding the key KPI's of the department and how they contribute to its success

We would love you to have:

- Strong administration and organisational skills ideally within a recruitment function
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive & pro-active attitude and be, willing to contribute and support others to achieve deadlines
- Proven knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- The ability to problem solve effectively, to think through recommendations and to raise them to members of the team
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all the necessary data is captured so that the resourcing team metrics are robust and insightful
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking systems, ideally Taleo

Above all you will be friendly, professional and driven to providing outstanding customer service.

Location: Stockport, with occasional travel to other sites in the UK.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per wee
