A leading global bank is currently seeking a Talent Capability Analyst to join their working on their Senior Manager and Certification Regime Programme.

They are seeking the candidate to provide project management and support for the competency role profiling exercise required to meet the Banking Reform Act Requirements (BRA). Specifically ensuring that all persons identified under the Senior Managers Regime & Certification Regime have an accurate competency role profile.

Key responsibilities:

- Help to design the technical competency library, competency profile on the Job Description template and the employee profile and ensure those are fit for purpose for both BRA and wider Bank requirements
- Provide project management support for the work to define the technical competencies and associated indicators required for BRA roles
- Facilitate sessions with HRBPs, Learning Heads and other subject matter experts to define the competencies following process which they also help to design/communicate
- Integrate their input, analyse it and define the technical competencies and indicators under the supervision of the Head Talent Capability Frameworks
- Manage the process to load the competencies into the database or system with necessary quality assurance
- Manage a process to deliver accurate, calibrated competency role profiles - specifically for the population covered under the BRA
- Facilitate sessions with HRBPs and line managers to profile the competency requirements following the Bank's profiling process
- Calibrate the competency requirements across related roles and get necessary sign-off
- Update the Job Descriptions and any appropriate database or system with the competency profiles with necessary quality assurance Risk Management
- Define and manage any risk associated with BRA competency role profiles Key Stakeholders

Key experience required:

- Experience within Risk Management and Internal Controls
- Strong experience within Project Management
- Expertise and experience in competency definition and role profiling (highly desirable) or defining learning objectives (desirable)
- Existing relationships with the associated leaders, HRBPs and Learning Heads is highly desirable,
- Demonstrable senior stakeholder management experience
- Session facilitation experience is also highly desirable
