Talent Business Partner

Our client -a recognised brand - has currently won a major UK contract and now needs to add to the ever expanding Talent pool currently in situ.

The ideal candidate will have come from a resourcing background having worked in Executive Search or Recruitment Agency; delivering roles that are £50K +. Especially keen to hear from candidates who have worked within an internal resource team within complex technological environments. Another desirable would be if you have worked within Engineering - Defence, Aerospace, Security Transport etc.

Your role will be varied, initially building your own pipeline in anticipation of the future needs, subsequently you will be skilled with job-board searches and other social media channels to identify the 'perfect' candidates. You will be unfazed at making direct calls to your selected prospects - market mapping - complex Boolean searches etc. This is an opportunity to be part of one of the UK's largest flagship projects - and this will be an exciting time to join in the growth of our clients future.
