Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist Job

SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCING SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ALLENTOWN, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Sourcing Technical talent.
- Internet mining experience.
- Applicant tracking system experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This individual will have responsibility for sourcing qualified candidates for engineering and scientific positions throughout North America, focusing on hard to fill and business critical roles.
- Indentify and network with key talent pools to actively search for passive candidates and generate pipeline for current and future roles, ensuring suitable tracking methods used to oversee future potential hires.
- Develop and sustain qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for hard to fill, business critical assigned roles.
- Maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Leveraging online recruiting resources, in-house applicant tracking system and other methods to identify and recruit candidates.
- Reassess sourcing needs to suit the needs of the role and identify new methods if necessary.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience sourcing technical talent, preferably engineers and scientists, in corporate or search firm environment with demonstrated sourcing success.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, applicant tracking systems-Kenexa BrassRing, and social media, including LinkedIn.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
