TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Johnston, IA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Apply behavioral interviewing techniques, lead data integration sessions with hiring manager to assist in selection decision.
- Build candidate relationship, articulating the benefits of the role and the organization.
- Recruiter will design, develop, and execute internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Provide total, full-cycle staffing service to clients, (eg recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment and selection.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum Five (5) plus years recruiting experience, managing the full life cycle from requisition to offer.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong background in developing and executing sourcing strategies for science professionals, specifically within the agriculture industry, plant sciences/agronomic related experience is a plus.
- Strong professional presence; proven ability to effectively work with internal hiring managers, including senior level management; includes written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interview and assess candidates for positions.
- Has an in-depth understanding of behavioral interviewing skills and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams.
- Proven organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide creative sourcing solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of delivering quality service.
- Utilize independent judgment and discretion in the delivery of recruitment services.
- Ability to work well in a Matrix management structure (eg, multiple decision-making leaders/organizations)
